No: Zola's own help page says it does not offer digital wedding invitations, and points couples to its free digital save the dates instead. The question usually comes with three more attached, so here are all four in one line each. Zola: printed invitations and free digital save the dates. The Knot: printed invitations and save the dates, with its own article pointing couples to other sites for digital ones. Minted: free online invitations for parties, printed cards for the wedding itself. Joy: free and premium digital wedding invitations. We make one of the alternatives covered at the end, digital wedding invitations with the reply collected on the invitation, and we say so where it comes up.

What couples do instead
The common pattern is to keep the registry and the website where they are and send the invitation from a service that makes one. The Zola or The Knot registry stays put, the hotel block stays on the website, and the invitation is what guests open first, with the website linked from it. Whether you need the website at all once the invitation carries the schedule, places and registry is a separate question, worked through in digital wedding invitation vs wedding website.
We make one such service, so read this paragraph as ours. There are 31 designs in six collections, and each is an animated scene with music rather than a still card: the guest opens one link, breaks the seal, and the scene moves. The reply is collected on the invitation itself, one per household, with each person's meal choice and allergies, and it lands in a dashboard that counts meals for the caterer. Guests need no account and no app. Classic is $99 for up to 100 guests replying; Signature is $199 with no guest limit, your own photograph on the first screen and the guest photo album included. A Save the Date is $29.99, and that amount comes off the invitation when you buy it later with the same email.
Two things to know up front. We do not send the invitation to your guests: you get one link and text it or put it in an email yourself. And there is no free tier, though you can try it with your names first, with no card and no account.

Keep your Zola or The Knot registry and website. Send an invitation guests open with one tap, with the reply collected on the page: Classic $99 for up to 100 guests replying, Signature $199 with no limit.

Questions people ask
- Does Zola do digital invitations?
- No. Zola offers free digital save the dates, which some couples customize to read like an invitation, and sells printed invitations. The reply is collected on the Zola wedding website.
- Does Zola send digital invitations?
- Zola sends digital save the dates, not invitations: by text through its app, to everyone at once or one by one, using a link Zola creates.
- Can you send digital wedding invites on The Knot?
- Not from The Knot's own shop, which sells printed invitations and save the dates. Its article on digital invitations points to other sites, and replies can be collected on a free The Knot wedding website.
- Does The Knot have free digital invitations?
- No digital invitation product appears in The Knot's paper shop. What it offers free is the wedding website with RSVP.
- Does Minted do digital wedding invitations?
- Minted's free online invitations cover parties such as engagement parties, bachelorettes and birthdays, not the wedding. Its wedding invitations and save the dates are printed, and its free wedding website handles the RSVP.
- Is Joy really free?
- The core is: website, registry, guest list, online RSVP and free digital cards, with no guest limit. Premium designs, a custom domain and text messaging are paid upgrades.
- Do guests need an account to reply to a digital wedding invitation?
- None of the RSVP pages we read for Zola or Joy mention a guest account; guests find their name on the wedding website. With our invitations the guest replies on the invitation, with no account and no app.
- Can I keep my Zola registry and use a different digital invitation?
- Yes. The registry and website stay on Zola, and the invitation links to them, so guests still reach the registry in one tap.
