What your guests are asked

- Who is coming with you?Everyone in the household in one reply, each by name, adults and children. The line for children appears only when your invitation welcomes them.
- A meal for each personChosen from the dishes you list. Leave the list empty and the question never shows.
- Allergies and dietsSix common boxes to tick for each person, and a line for anything else.
- Anything else they want to addA song for the dance floor, a message for the two of you, an email and a phone number. All optional, and you can turn any of them off.

When you have a guest list
Paste your list into the dashboard, or drop in a spreadsheet file. A guest then begins by typing their name, the invitation suggests matching names, and only names from your list can send a reply.
The full list is never shown on the invitation, and each name replies once, so no household is counted twice.
In English or Spanish
Switch your invitation to Spanish and the reply form switches with it, down to the diet options and the names of the months. It comes with every package.
Add a reply-by date and guests see it right above the form, in either language.

Whichever invitation you choose, the reply form is the last thing your guests reach, in the same colors and lettering as the rest of the design.
Before you turn on replies
Can guests RSVP without an account?
Yes. They open the link on their phone, fill in the form at the bottom of the invitation and press send. There is nothing to download and no password to remember.
Can one guest reply for the whole family?
Yes. A single reply holds up to 20 people, each with their own name, meal and dietary notes.
Can I limit replies to the people I invited?
Yes. Add a guest list in your dashboard, and the form accepts replies only from the names on it.
What if a guest's plans change after they reply?
They send you a message, and you change their answer in your dashboard. Your counts follow the change.
Can I download the RSVP list?
Yes, as a spreadsheet that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
