Something wrong with your invitation?
Write to us and put your invitation address in the first line, the one that looks like thedigitalenvelope.com/i/emma-and-james. That one line tells us whose wedding it is, so we can open it and look before we answer, instead of writing back to ask.

Write and we fix it. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full. When the fault is ours, the seven days do not apply.
An idea for us?
A question before you buy, a design you wish we made, or something made from scratch for your venue. Custom invitations are a conversation, not a button: tell us about your venue and your date and we will answer with what is possible and what it costs. We would rather talk you out of the wrong invitation than sell you one.
